RO: The CD sleeves that so many bands are using as casings for their albums now completely SUCK. It's fine to start, but after you open and close it enough times the cardboard starts to weaken making the CD fall right out when you open it. I'm scratching up so many CD's now so somebody can save a few bucks on plastic.

RO: I wish great bands (or more appropriately, record labels) would stop releasing such misleading singles that aren't as good as the rest of the album they belong to. Modern indie is guilty of it the most, though I guess I should be thankful I even hear indie/alt on the radio at all (thanks XM).

Well I certainly enjoy BB and what I've seen of Mad Men more then The Walking Dead.

All are great shows. AMC is definitely an awesome network. Hell on Wheels looks cool, but I haven't seen that one yet.

Like, I wanted to like it, and the comics and game seem a lot more interesting. But the show is too damn slow for its own good, and not even slow in the "Zombies are slow" way.

RO: To this day I don't think anyone could play the bassline to "Lounge Act" with the feel and power Krist Novoselic did. Every "Lounge Act" cover I've ever heard is just so sterile compared to the recording. One of the greatest basslines - and most underrated bassists - in music history.
