You can train all your party members, with the exception of the droids and Hanharr (a wookiee) to be jedi. The story is that they all go on to form the new jedi order, though I'm not really sure.

It's a pretty cool and very different concept than KOTOR1. To train someone, all you really need is high influence. By the end of the game, you'll have basically an army of jedi (and some old friends from the first game).

You'll most likely be able to train the Disciple (real name Mical, only available if you're female) first. He's incredibly easy, partially because he's a major suck-up.

And you can't really romance anyone in the game... romances aren't really Obsidian's thing, from what I've read. It's there, definitely, but way more subtle than in any of Bioware's games. There's also quite a bit of jealousy in the game, for both male and female PC, and I've heard that can spiral out of control with mods.
Hmmm high influence (I have to give Obsidian major points for the influence system TBH), yeah the game really takes off though when you hit Telos

the high confessions album was pretty disappointing... there are some good moments (particularly on the opening and closing tracks), but overall i felt unmoved.

They're really overplayed for me (friends love 'em), and I wouldn't personally listen to them for fun, but I don't get the intense hatred.

I think it might honestly work in reverse, having really low influence, but don't take my word on it. I know you can turn pretty much everyone but Kreia, HK and anther party member I won't name to the dark side.

She pretty much says this when right when you get in the Ebon Hawk so it does not surprise me

I agree. Didn't care much for their second album, but their debut is good. And I'm liking your recent re-assessment of bands, may I add.

    +1

Stasis clearly works for MA's Black Metal community

Pitchfork like Vampire Weekend? That doesn't seem like them. I guess VW do sort of fit the "hipster" image, though, in the same way that MGMT do (as in ultra popular bands that kids somehow seem able to pass off as unknown and cool)

I hate Pitchfork anyway, so I probably shouldn't care.
