I took that as them trying to be Queen, but maybe i need to listen to it again.I tire of Matt Bellamy's vocal wankery on that album pretty quickly, though.

    On that album?
Have more patience than me then that's for sure.

What, you don't think songs that you buy for .99-1.99 (or even less in some cases if you buy the full albums) should be valued at 750-1000 bucks a shot because the record industry hasn't kept up to modern distribution technology, or been particularly discriminating in what they spend money on publishing.

It's not like bands have experimented with name your price deals and still gotten overwhelmingly full price paid, or analysis of sales figures says that album-based stuff sells the same as ever, and singles are selling better than ever, it's just albums based around singles that're biting it.

RF: The Mansion Family is one of the best eps in season 11 purely due to the China Grove part.

RO: I'm really enjoying The Everly Brothers. Almost like an even wussier Simon & Garfunkel. I've had "All I Have to do is Dream" in my head for days.

RO2: Tuesday's Gone piano solo is one of the most fun things I've played in RB.

I've played all the Skynyrd songs on guitar last night, I can't wait to get to them on keys. On a related note, we need to get some Iron Butterfly in the game one of these days, maybe I'll send them a message about getting their songs in the game.

Make sure to play the piano trills with two hands. So fun. That also makes John Lennon's "Crippled Inside" insanely fun.

About the post a little up, the recording industry is simply disgusting.

Hey Onslaught, whenever you read this, do you remember that song you linked me to back in the chatroom a few months ago? That black metal song with those ball shrinking screams that sounded like they were ripping the vocalists throat into shreds from the inside? Can you tell me the artist? I'm trying desperately to find it, I believe it started with an A, I'm kicking myself for not remembering it.

I'm moving from 50's rock and roll to black metal for my current trend.

Instant, I obviously wasn't there, but was it Peste Noire? (I've heard that description used for them a lot)
Not removing this until we get some Sunn O)))
in which case this will be on for a while.

If I were to guess it'd be, Peste Noire or Alcest
