Bands I'd love to see as DLC for Rock Band:
Bal Sagoth
RF : I'm coming to the sad realization that I'm only truly happy when I'm at a show
Le Desordre, C'est Moi
Resident Emo Purist/Elitist
To be perfectly honest, I'll always prefer a great record over a show... but maybe I just haven't been to a really good show. Or possibly my anti-social nature. Or maybe it's the lack of drugs.
Yeah, it's definitely the drugs
Blow yer' harmonica son
I was actually thinking through most of the excellent GYBE show in Nashville last month that I enjoy live shows less and less as I get older.
I used to be naive enough to feel some sort of kinship with crowds at shows, but I pretty much just want to stab anyone and everyone now.
I never go to a show for the crowds. That's the worst possible idea. I hate a lot of people at concerts and just always assume there's at least one ******* who's there because his girlfriend was really into the band but he couldn't care less for them or her, or maybe a group of friends who went to the show only as a social occasion and not actually for the music. I go to shows because of a band's presence and the power of their live sound, also to support them by buying merch, and for the chance to meet the band.

Anyways. I came on to show you guys this....i'd been lazy about getting around to making a new Gorgon banner, but i did.
I'll probably make another couple whenever i get around to getting myself motivated.
So just having a bunch of sweaty people around is the annoyance? I'm just wondering to sort of help conform to some unwritten concert ethics that I may/may not know about.
