How the crowd affects me depends on the show I am going to. At big venues, I could care less about everyone else. When I was at the TMG show, the crowd didn't really affect me, aside from when everyone ran up to the stage when he started playing Death Metal. But when I was at the Cap'n Jazz show, the crowd was amazing and it was my first experience in a mosh pit. There were barely any dbags aside from a couple guys who constantly stage dived, and most people were respectful towards each other, and would stop moshing around a certain area if something happened or if someone dropped something (like when I dropped my glasses...twice. After the show I was covered in everyone else's sweat and had broken glasses, but being part of a crowd like that felt awesome.

The highest concentration of douche I've ever experienced was at the Motorhead show I went to a few months back.
Despite all my rage, I'm still just Nicolas Cage

I always forget about albums I've listened to but didn't scrobble, so I remember ones at random times and rate them if they're on RYM.

I hate moshing. I really do.

Sorry, after reading Catcher in the Rye, I feel the need to say "I really do" after every statement

I can see that, since Holden can be an annoying twit at times, and he's very, very self-contradictory. I think that's why it's such a well written novel, though. I'm not sure there's a better definition of an unreliable narrator in all of fiction.

I loved it, but I'm a sucker for stream of consciousness style of writing, no matter how nuts the narrator is.
