I watched the Wall for the first time. I enjoyed it quite a bit. I still preferred Tommy but this was good.

Also why hasn't 2112 been made into a movie yet? Seems like an awesome choice.

Excellent! I'd love to hear your thoughts. It's an unique listen, that's for sure.

You know, they should just make a movie with different sections, each representing a famous prog epic. Like in this order.

    2112
    Lizard
    Karn Evil 9
    The Count of Tuscany

Seeing as time travel could be used (2112), then transporting back into medevial (Lizard), seeing Lizard end with Cirkus (Karn Evil 9), and the travelling show aspect (TCoT).
We need sludgey and droney and stonery metal:
    Dirge
    Sleep
    Bongripper
    Sunn O)))
    Electric Wizard
    Earth
    Neurosis
    Cult of Luna

I know Arjen Lucassen discussed making The Human Equation into a movie once before determining that he's not really a movie guy and would probably take somebody else coming to him with a good film idea for it to actually attempt it.

I'm gonna submit that to paramount. Now who should direct it? George Lucas or Michael Bay?

George Lucas. I don't want explosions every 2 minutes ruining my prog. Or you know... They could make DT's Metropolis story into an amazing film. The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway got considered too, if I recall.

I'd rather watch something adapted from Into the Electric Castle, to be honest.

On a new note, it seems I still hate Sam Dunn's documenting. I mean I just heard Meshuggah compared to Ornette Coleman. =/
