I saw Japandroids on Thursday, and they put on an awesome show. During the show one of David Prowes's drumsticks broke and hit me, so I grabbed it and after the show just curiously asked if he could sign it while I was talking to him, he said he couldn't because people were selling stuff like that online and it was pissing off the record label, but instead offered me something else of his:

Best recent concert story for me was going to see The Beach Boys at the end of last month and at intermission my friend and I snuck into the front area and we had the good fortune to find a row where two people had left and we hung out and the people there were really cool and just let us be there. After the show, we found out that the person who left was our driving instructor and he left with a woman. The coincidence and luck factors that night were strongly on our side, clearly.
