As for driving music, I'll never forget listening to Design Your Universe while driving through snow drifts at 1 am on my way home from school during the Super Bowl weekend 2 years ago.
I have found that Enslaved or Old Man's Child are great to listen to while driving when it's snowing oustide.
Bands I'd love to see as DLC for Rock Band:

    Bathory []
    Bal Sagoth []
    Amorphis []
    Emperor [X]
    Enslaved []

I still think Agalloch holds the crown for snowy weather music...

Agalloch is up there with Immortal for wandering in the woods during a snowstorm. That being said, I haven't listened to their albums while driving in winter conditions. Perhaps I should try this next December.

So The Replacements are getting back together for three shows. I hope they do more, but I can see this ending in more fighting.

One in Chicago, one in Denver, and one in Toronto at the moment. It's part of a festival.

Denver eh? Maybe i need to add more to my concert calendar. I'm seeing Coheed open for AIC, and seeing QOTSA at Red Rocks, which totally seems like the place to see them, lol.

Kim Deal leaving Pixies isn't cool, though.

To be fair, Pixies haven't done much recently and it's not like they've been very good live during the last few years of the reunion. Maybe Kim can do something cool with The Breeders or The Amps.
