Huge announcement coming tomorrow - perhaps involving The Beatles?

I just can't see a huge grab like The Beatles NOT being on its own disc, getting very special treatment.

Ideally, I'd love to see both happen ... especially if RB:Beatles is going to be a Christmas '09 release. We get some DLC now as a teaser, than the full shabang a year from now.

Here is my hope from the release:

a) If it is a Winter '09 release, that we get a small pack to tide us over.
b) That HMX releases an awesome game with specific Beatles content.
c) That the actual songs from said game are exportable to the RB
platform, even if venues and design elements are not.

If those three things happen, I will be a very happy music fan.

I think it probably would be. It's an important asset for HMX to have everything playable in RB2 (RB1 songs, the AC/DC songs), and I doubt they'd want to give that up for possible Beatles tracks.

If this is indeed true, it is simply amazing how well HMX had done lately. We have AC/DC coming this week ,and all signs point to The Beatles content not long after.

I wouldn't be surprised if they took a month off from DLC.

Amen! Since AC/DC is exportable, I'm guessing The Beatles will be, too. Given the separate announcement for this, it sounds like HMX is going ALL OUT and are going to do it right.

Yeah, having just The Beatles alone is great, but if it's exportable, how awesome will it be to play have The Who, the Stones and Boston as "opening acts"?
