Well I think it can be used with a negative connotation, but it still points a specific concept that cannot be refered to by one word otherwise. I think it's more a matter of reflecting and discussing the meaning of the word. I don't think it should be pointed towards individuals, but rather groups and archetypal identities. I can say James Bond, as an archetypal character, is a cis male and I can say the cis male is the dominating model for masculinity in society, but I should avoid labeling an individual with this word.
In other words, I don't believe censorship of words is a good way to avoid agressivity and insults.
I still can't see 007 unless I buy my ticket a day in advance (which I'm not nearly organized enough to do).

Dog Star Man (Complete series)
It's a very rich film, one that I would have liked to discuss. One of the roughest experimental films I've seen since T.O.U.C.H.I.N.G. Surprisingly, I was engaged throughout the experience (except when I was taking care of my Hatchi), although I approached it very cerebrally, which I'm not sure Brakhage really intended it to be.

It's an amazing movie and I don't know what else to say except I missed a big chunk because I fell asleep.
