Safe Haven

Safe Haven was ok. The ending was pretty good even though it was pretty predictable. Cobie’s character was interesting and pretty well done. One part of one scene was pretty bad. Person A kills Person B who is on top of then and Person A has absolutely no blood on them.

There was about a 4:1 chick to dude ratio at the movie today. I wonder if it was a bit more even yesterday.

Carnage - 8/10

Under the radar gem of a movie. It's one of those movies where there appears to be no cuts in the action, it's just one long sequential scene. Nothing really happens at all plot-wise, but the agitation in each of the 4 main characters constantly builds and builds until it finally tips keeps you into it as you're watching it unfold. Great performances by John C. Reilly, Jodie Foster, and Kate Winslet, but Christoph Waltz stole the show for me. Waltz definitely had the best LOL moments throughout the movie. Highly recommend it.
