I think I've seen that one! If I do it's because I own the box set with the episode. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep during that one. Also avoid Robot vs. The Aztec Mummy, Monster A Go-Go and I know there is one other one that I can't remember that was really bad. However you should totally watch The Giant Spider Invasion.

Anyway, the last movie I saw was Get Him to the Greek. I thought it was funny. If you liked the character from Forgetting Sarah Marshall, then you'll like the movie.

    Last night I watched:

    Valkyrie

This movie was pretty good even though I can't stand Tom Cruise. Nice movie to rent.

    7.5/10

    The Haunting of Molly Hartley

This was pretty boring to say the least. Not a lot of horror elements in this movie that fit my liking. I'd pass on this movie.

    5.5/10

I just finished watching Ichi the Killer. Really great film; I love the dark humor blended into the sadistic violence. And I don't know much about Japanese actors, but Tadanobu Asano is one awesome dude.

Some parts were slow, but I thought the overall story was effective and the different characters were great.

The last movie I saw was The United States of Leland. I really enjoyed it, but the parts with Allen at the end seemed kinda out of place and unexplained. I watched it again to see if I could pick up on something I may have missed to no avail. I went online to see if I could find some sort of explanation, and I found a few theories, one of which I really liked and I'll think that of whenever I watch it in the future.

Being sick over the past couple days, I really been doing a lot of movie watching.

    Funny People - 7.8/10

Even though, I hate Seth Rogan, he played the best in this movie, better than Adam Sandler at least. The scene in the restaurant and he starts crying is hilarious and the Australian guy was also pretty funny. I had a few laughs when he was explaining soccer to Seth and Adam. His accent made it funny. A lot of crude humor which I can't stand how most of the comedy movies nowadays use so much of it. It's not funny to, at all. Maybe the little middle school kids love it, but it's just stupid to me.

    Angels And Demons - 8.9/10

This was good. Really helps paint a picture of the book. Enjoyed it very much.

    XXX - 7/10

At first I though HBO has gone crazy playing a porno in the middle of the day, then I hit info (of course) and saw that it was actually an action movie with Vin Diesel in it. Always been a fan of him so I watched it. It was OK, a lot of action and Vin plays a badass undercover cop, the opposite role he's played in the Fast & The Furious films. He gets involved with some Russian gang and it's pretty typical.

Reefer Madness: The Movie Musical. It was odd, but good. Probably more enjoyable if you were actually high, but quite entertaining even if you are not. As musicals go, I'd put it in my top five*, behind Blues Brothers, O' Brother Where Art Thou?, and This Is Spinal Tap, but well ahead of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamboat.

*(legal disclaimer: I have only seen five musicals in my lifetime)

We may disagree on bands, but we agree on this.
