It's better than Paranormal Activity IMO. The only reason I compared the two is because they're both shot in the first person, but I definitely thought it is more suspenseful and scarier than PA ever was. PA is only good for like the last 15 minutes of the movie, Grave Encounters was really good for like 45 minutes.

Horrible Bosses was really funny and it's all due to Charlie Day. Runner-up: Jason Bateman.

Rose of the Devil's Garden - Tiger Army
    Don't Change - INXS
    Highway Song - Blackfoot

I just watched Horrible Bosses this morning, and I agree. I'm a huge fan of Always Sunny In Philly, so I'm glad to see Charlie getting more recognition.
So long, farewell, Auf Wiedersehen, good night.

Agreed. My favorite line of the movie: "I'm coked-up out of my mind. I'll punch whoever the **** I want."

You're right, sub-genre wasn't the right expression. What I should have said is the plots are similar, but the movies, in form, are not.

It was like a bird of rarest-spun heaven metal or like silvery wine flowing in a spaceship, gravity all nonsense now.

I saw a handful of movies over the break

Rise of The Planet of The Apes: 8/10
    * pretty entertaining. CGI apes were kind of creepy, but a good story =

    Contagion: 8/10
    * frighteningly realistic portrayal of how fragile our society is in a scenario such as the one in the film. I thought it hit the mark and was entertained throughout

    Captain America: 7/10
    * Good enough for a comic book movie. A little cheesy at times, but I still liked it. Good makeup and effects

    Cowboys and Aliens: 7.5/10
    * great aliens and lots of blood (toward the end) for a PG-13 film. It was a lot more western than it was sci-fi, but not a bad film per se. A little slow at times.

Yeah, I really did just mean the story was similar, enough so that it immediately reminded me of 12Monkeys. I really enjoyed both, cause I dig the whole time travel paradox.

All flicks I wanna see, so happy you give them pretty decent reviews.

I can back him up on Captain America. It's really cool with some great action sequences and has some fantastically funny and heartwarming moments.
Definitely the 2nd best super hero film I've seen behind The Dark Knight.

I watched "We Bought a Zoo" and it was cute, sad at times, and had a happy ending.
