    If I'm going for not lazy Mac & Cheese I'll try a variety of different peppers. But the Tobasco-ish hot sauces work well with the bacon salt. Sometimes I'll use Sriracha and leave out the bacon salt.

    oh, i know! i love both, but something about the thai peppers just hit the spot for me.

    i'm not picky at all when it comes to spicy food, but i do like keeping a rotation going. i'm currently all about caribbean and jamaican stuff.

    this is what i'm eating tonight!

    Good Flavor, Bad Breath Pasta

    Ingredients

    * 1/2 a handful of spaghetti
    * 3 tablespoons olive oil
    * 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    * 1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
    * salt
    * 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
    * 1 teaspoon onion powder
    * 1 teaspoon mixed italian herbs
    * 1/2 teaspoon paprika
    * 1/2 cup of passata (or your favorite pasta sauce)

    Directions

    Boil spaghetti according to package instructions in salted water, drain, and set aside.

    In a small pan, heat olive oil, and when hot, add the chili and garlic cloves. Saute for just a minute, stirring occasionally to avoid burning. Add the pasta sauce to the flavored oil, and the remaining ingredients and stir until simmering hot.

    Takes about 20 minutes and serves 1-2 people.
