    I would say that most Beach Boys songs fit the bill, actually.

    Yeah, most Beatles songs would work, but I think this is the best combination of strictly pop sensibility and complete transcendence that was mentioned in the OP.
    Also, I don't even really like the Beatles.

    Well, when I think of "Flawless" Pop, I think of basically any pop from the 50's and 60's, and, as HyeJinx1984 said, stuff like Depeche Mode and MJ.
