1UP AWARDS LOVE US THREE TIMES
Rock Band is one of the few games to receive a hat-trick of nominations in this year’s 1UP Awards. The editors of 1UP Network picked Rock band as one of 2007’s best releases in three categories: Best Music Game, Best Multiplayer Game and Game of the Year. A nomination in the latter category ranks as the highest praise 1UP can hand out.
In a rave review on the 1UP site, reviewer Nick Suttner said, “We could rock all night with this one.” Winners will be announced this coming February in a ceremony that will coincide with the Game Developers Conference in San Francisco. Voting closed down at the end of December, so watch this space to see if we emerge victorious.
