To the people met online it's been a lot of fun singing with you and I hope we run into each other again. I'd just like to say to the vocalists out there that you can officially consider this a "retirement." Being #1 was never much of a concern, although it kind of happened on the way. The more interesting thing was seeing if 10 million could be broken first, and that's been done.

So from now on, all the singing is back to what it should be--strictly for fun. I've never much enjoyed competition, and it's pretty obvious that being #1 really matters to some and it's going to be a lot fiercer now that the 10 million mark has been broken on the PSN, so I'll leave that never-ending battle to others. I know Kirksplosion is going to assimilate everything when he can get back to his PS3, Manda is going to take the #1 spot within a matter of days, if not hours, Shaybo is freakishly precise at singing some of the most difficult songs in the game. Mostly though, I've got my eye on MelodyRock, who is likely going to be one to watch considering how fast the songs are being conquered.

Now it's the time to just settle back and enjoy the game for what it is, and do silly things just for fun like try to gold star Timmy & the Lords of the Underworld, or just play with all the new friends made online over just the course of a month.

In case anyone's interested, there will very shortly be a post with some tips on how to score better on the songs. Unsurprisingly, a lot of it is just practice, but it would take a while to go over all the possible ways to be a better Rock Band vocalist (note, I did not say "singer" these tips will do NOTHING for you in the actual singing department) so that hopefully others will find the advice useful as the rest of you singers duke it out on the Leaderboards.

I've had my fun, and I hope you all have yours in your own way.
