hey heres the way to do it you can go to www.support.ea.com/rockband and go through the process of getting the new bass pedal.it will ask if it broke or did you lose it,you should tell them you lost it and then they'll ask you did you find it and say no. this way you wont have to send them your old one and they'll send you a new one for free. then you get a headphone conector and plug both pedals into it and plug it into the back and it works great.
