The Story

Anarchy Club members Adam Von Buhler and Keith Smith wanted to dive into the darker side of the human condition, and make a statement on the consequences of conflict, as well as its impact on the innocent. “Get Clean” tells a story of concentration camp victims during World War 2, how they lived, and how they died, from the perspective of a brave prisoner.

Keith immersed himself in his research in an attempt to glimpse that period of history and put himself in the shoes of a camp inmate. The end result is lyrically dark, yet defiant to the end, with a haunting but relentless guitar assault.

Trivia

As young punk rock kids, Keith and Adam first joined forces years ago in an industrial band called Lashed But Not Leashed. A sample from one of their songs appears in the opening track of the first Anarchy Club release, The Way and its Power.

Gameplay Hints

Guitar - Practice makes perfect. If you can lock down the intro section you have a chance of surviving the solo. There’s nothing easy about this song. That’s why it’s listed as “Impossible"

Drums - Once you can nail the groove of each of the three basic sections it’s just a matter of being on the lookout for tricky fills.

Bass - Compared to other in-game bass parts this is one of the tougher songs. Follow the above drum advice and you’ll be fine.

Vocals - Verses are mid range, choruses are high, and the breakdown is low. Simple enough… in theory.

Where Are They Now?

Anarchy Club is currently in production for The Art of War, set for release in early 2009 with “Get Clean” as the first single.
