Somehow, I always find myself coming back to "Debaser" by the Pixies. If anything else, it works as my warm-up song AND it really gets me in the mood to play. Aside from that, "De-Luxe" by Lush always proves to provide an excellent cooldown, and I just kind of sit back and trance out to it. And when I want to kick out the jams... "The Hellion/Electri- c- Eye" by Judas Preist. Oh hell yes.
Interesting side note: I can sing "You Oughta Know" by Alanis Morrisette better when I'm sick.
