So I've been playing expert songs here and there when we play in band player match, and our band tour. I'm finally starting to feel comfortable enough to get through most songs I try, so I decided to start my expert solo tour on Wednesday. I plowed through about 20 songs Wednesday night, and did a few more last night. Got robbed of 5 stars on Green Grass & High Tides.
Why is it I always get stuck on the songs I hate? First it's Reptillia, then it's Electric Version. I can do without ever hearing either of these songs again!
I still have 1 song to complete on my hard tour, and that's Run To The Hills (surprise!). That beat is so strange & fast, I can't seem to get it down. I can slaughter it at 70% speed in practice mode, but as soon as I push the speed up, my score starts dropping. I guess I just need to keep practicing that section. Same with Blackened!

I'm sure it's not much of an accomplishment to most on here, but we (Me, Punquin, & JRSpipBoy2008) got gold stars last night, and tonight on Wanted Dead or Alive. I got 99%, which I'm pretty happy about. Makes me think I could probably get 100% on it (something I haven't done yet on any level on drums. not that I've tried). I played medium for only a short while before jumping up to hard about two weeks ago, and now doing some expert.
I'm happy to say that Rock Band has made me buy a new (real) drum set, cuz it's made me miss playing so much.
