Hey, apparently I can't pm you. I received a drum pedal in the mail today but it had no return label on it. Do I just keep both now or what? I do not want to be charged for this.

I started an RMA request on August 29, 2008 for non-working drum pads. Received empty box from EA on September 17, 2008 and sent drums back, received by EA on September 23, 2008. Contacted customer support on October 2, 2008, said new drum pads would be sent out shortly and would receive an email with tracking number. Now EA ignores all emails.....what- gives??? EA has my defective drum pads!!! and if they're not going to send me new working ones, I want the other ones back!
