For adding The Mother Hips to Rock Band. Although I initially enjoyed playing the heaver songs at first, I kept finding myself going back to Time We had, Red Tandy and Time-Sick Son of a Grizzly Bear (My first 100% Expert vocals). This band will grow on you if you let them, and they're now a personal favorite of mine. I can only hope that those 3 songs aren't the last we'll hear from them.

My favorite part of both the Guitar Hero and Rock Band series has always been the bonus tour. I don't know how they do it, but that tour always has the songs that stick with me. I've now had a chance to listen to everything on RB2's bonus tour, and I'm really looking forward to giving these songs a shot. One in particular really stood out. That was Rob the Prez-O-Dent by That Handsome Devil.
At first, I wasn't a big THD fan. Didn't like Elephant Bones too much. But I wanted to get a sneak preview of what was to come, so I downloaded it off iTunes. Long story short, this song is really, really good. It has a really catchy beat, and the bass and drum parts sound like they'll be a lot of fun. If you have the dollar to spare, definately go pick it up.
Continuing on the list, Bang Camaro and Anarchy Club return with what sould like challenging songs that will be fun to play. Breaking Wheel has returned as well, and each time they feature a song on one of these games, they sound better and better. Speck has a pretty funny song on the tour that seems like it will be fun to sing. The Sterns and the Main Drag also have songs that sound fun to play.
Now for the negatives. The Lybians included a song called Welcome to the Neighborhood. The band takes a DIY approach to their musical efforts, and listening to the song on their myspace, you can definately tell. I can only hope that the song sounds better in game.
Finally, Visions by Abnormality. Not much I can say. This song sounds really really wierd. I'll give it another listen to see if it's the same as the first time, But as of right now, it's the song I'm most concerned about.
Overall, RB2's bonus tour sound like another fun setlist, with That Handsome Devil leading the show with a truly awesome track. Can't wait for RB2's release.
