Well, as you may have noticed, I have been missing the past few days. I was away on vacation for the holiday, since our campus was closed for it. I didn't warn anyone mostly because I thought I would have internet connection and it turns out I didn't.
Now that that's out of the way, I had fun. I stayed at my closest Israeli acquaintance's house (my mother's friend's brother, haha). I had some good meals for the holiday and today, I went hiking earlier before I returned. Visited a natural spring and some ruins. The highlight, though, was eating at this fantastic Arabic restaurant, located at the scenic back of a gas station. It was actually the best meal I've had since I arrived in Israel. Had some delicious Kebab and finished off several people's various meals (they claimed the portions were too big and I was ready for seconds, haha). But now I'm back once again.

Been having fun on the hikes so far in Israel. If you're wondering where I've been the past two days, I've hiked down the Gilboa mountains, swam various natural springs and explored several aqueducts under Jerusalem. Fun stuff, fun stuff. Remember, people, if I'm away for more than a day, it's probably because I've been on trips and such. It really is awesome, though.
