My friend and I worked on these for about three hours, it only took three hours because we started over, and we got side-tracked making Reptillia by The Strokes on Mario Paint Composer xD.
Enjoy!
P.S.: This should not reflect on me as the limit to what I can do.

DM1 Over Drive!
When you use: When ever there are notes ahead of you, you can save it if you wish, it's really up to you if you're alone, but if you want to get perfect activation paths, go else where...
How to use: When you have atleast 50% of the yellow bar filled, you get to fill section (I call them Free Style Sections) you play random notes and have fun, then hit the green note at the end to activate it, but, you don't have to, there's no penalty for missing it, it's RED if your on LEFTY!
DM2 Saving People
Guitarist: Save them BEFORE the fail if possible, that is the golden rule, if not, wait as long as possible, BUT ONLY DO THIS ON A SONG YOU KNOW, SO THERES NO SURPRISES WHEN YOU FAIL BECUASE THERES NO FREESTYLE!!!!!
Bassist: What? How did you fail? Refer to Guitarist.
Singer: In this case, its best to let them fail, you have to hit an awesome to go all the way up, that might be a bit hard, so let them fail if you want.
DM3 Movin' on Up
Easy-Medium: Ok, you have just start your life as a drummer, you play 29 Fingers, Creep, or Say it Ain't So, but don't feel the need to jump up so hastily... Take some time on easy, you can fail a lot of songs on medium, which can make some players mad, spare yourself the trouble, take things slow.
Medium-Hard: Now you get to show off! You have no problem with any kind of tapping notes (things that are NOT bass) it's ok to no be able to use the bass petal, that is what hard is for, for you to learn these things, don't worry, your not the only one failing a lot PRACTICE!!
Hard-EXPERT!: Now you should have masterd most teniques, if not, play the last song in each tier on hard, then go up, to second last ect... But by now, you should be able to get atleast 98~% on a Hard drum song on 3.5 tier+. Now you can really strut you stuff, get on xbox live, people want you!
----Failing: TRUST me, you WILL fail a lot, the difference between Hard and Expert is almost that of night and day! Like the RB loading screen suggests, learn feet, then learn hands, then combine the two!
DM4 Practice makes Perfect... Sort of...
Failing: TRUST me, you WILL fail a lot, like the RB loading screen suggests, learn feet, then learn hands, then combine the two!
You need to play a lot to get good, if you started Expert on Guiar or Singing, you may not catch drums too fast this is something new to most people, and don't let it bug you that you can play guitar, not drums, or if you play real drums but are bad at RB, just practice and pound an old pizza box instead of a drum pad...
Practice mode is your FRIEND, you can play how ever you want, sometimes it helps, when you want to learn how to keep a different tempo with your hands than your feel (Play When You Were Young on expert, or hard, it's great practice)
DM5 Playing in a Band
Don't be a burden, don't slack off because you feel like it, play your best when you're not alone or on XBL or PSN.
The Guitar/Bass should follow you into Over Drive, or the singer, to maximize score.
If there is a Unison Bonus, try to hit it at all cost, sometimes it's worth missing those extra notes to have the other two people save you!
Guitar Gu1tar
GH1 Over Drive
When to use
-In a Band: When the singer or drums go into it!
-Alone: When you need to save your own ass, or just to get extra points in a chord passage!
How to use: Tilt the guitar up...
GH2 Saving People
When to save: before the fail, unless it's a hard part, then let them fail, then wait as long as you can to save them, but leave yourself some time if your tilt sensor isn't the greatest.
Drums/Singer: Follow what I said above!
Bassist: Save them before they fail, it's easy to get them up.
GH3 Movin'on Up!
Easy-Medium: When you move up, easy should just be waaaaay to easy for you to nail on any song, so now you should move to Medium. Once you make the jump, and find it hard to hit the 4th fret (Blue), go back to easy, play the harder songs, but keep your pinky on the fourth fret, get it used to being there.
-Problems for new Medium players: Chords- There are 2 chords that I notice some newer players can't seem to nail: Red+Blue, and Yellow+Blue chords.
Hitting the Red+Blue: Instead of using you Middle and Pinky finger, try sliding your hand down and using you Index and Ring fingers to hit the two buttons, use the textures on the fret buttons to tell you where you're at.
Hitting the Yellow+Blue: If you can hit it using your ring and pinky finger, try moving them down once, so use your ring on blue, and middle on yellow.
Medium-Hard: This is a huge jump for most players, so you might want to start on Bass when you jump, the chords will kill you on Guitar! Practice hitting the orange fret a lot, you can do it one of two ways:
Sliding one: Sliding your Pinky down once is the best was to do it to hit one small note that was squeezed in.
Sliding all: This is the best method, mostly when theres a high concentration of notes that aren't green. You just slide your hand down so your index finger is on the Red and pinky is on Orange.
Hard-EXPERT!!: Now it's time for you to really strut you stuff! In this mode, you should have mastered the Sliding all method mentioned in the section above. You shouldn't have any trouble at all hitting chords with orange or hitting the orange note itself. Now this is the difficulty where hammer-ons/pull-offs really come into play. You MUST learn to do this, and you should figure out weather you're better at using the high or low frets when you come to solos, you'll be needing to nail some stuff you've never played before. One good suggestion I have for you is to take the tutorial. It's really good in Rock Band.
GH4 Guitar Hero
If you are good at Guitar Hero, don't get mad when you are not as good at Rock Band, it has a different feel than Guitar Hero. Get used to it before trying to tackle the harder songs, but that doesn't mean taking it from the top, just play songs you know, like When You Were Young for GH3 players, or Ballroom Blitz for you GH80's players.
GH5 Band Play
Don't be a burden, don't slack off because you feel like it, play your best when you're not alone or on XBL or PSN.
You and the Bassist are a TEAM!!!! A TEAM! When one of you go into overdrive, the other follows (With the exception of saving people.) Also, if you and the other person both play the same difficulty, switch off between the bassist and guitarist. If not, the personwho plays the harder difficulty should play Guitar, to get more points, but it's ok if you don't follow this rule if you don't care abour score.
You and the Bassist should follow the Drummer or Vocalist into Over Drive.
Vocals Voc4ls
VC1 Over Drive
How to use: When you hit a section with golden tubes and get Awesome, you fill up 25% of your meter, fill up 50% and you begin to see some gold sections, when you see these, yell into the mic, a favorite is yelling "WOOO!!!"
When to use: When ever you feel like!
VC2 Saving People/Helping out
Saving people: If your lucky, you will be able to, a little bubble will pop up, with a person screaming into the mic, and it will say "Deploy to save", listen to the wise bubble!
Helping: Everytime you activate Over Drive, it's not only a way to get points, but an easy way to boost some people up, so if your not doing so hot, just deploy it when you can.
VC 3 Movin'on Up
Easy/Medium-Hard: When you are good enough to hit any song and get around 90%, you can go ahead to Hard. Hard has smaller tubes, and judges you more harshly, so you should be screwing around and having fun, this is about buisness! Instead of singing how you think is good, sway Rock Bands way, even if that means sings really high, or really low, do what it wants.
Hard-EXPERT!!!: Again, just do what it wants, you need a really steady voice for this, but after a while it becomes very easy to manage. Practice!
