My Annoying Morning!

I drove to pick up my laundry from the Laundromat and traffic was awful! I mean really bad. Cars were stopped in the middle of the road and there were about a million fire trucks. I'm surprised I even made it there. When I asked the person at the counter for my laundry he just stared at me and drooled! My laundry bag was right behind him! Couldn't he just turn around and see it? Yelling at him didn't even work so I grab my laundry bag slapped some cash on the counter and left.

I stopped home to feed my rabbit and he was acting funny too! Hiding under the bed and making strange sounds. Since rabbits never make noise I got really worried and tried calling the vet but they weren't answering. After hanging up the phone I leaned down to feed Jack and he lunged out from under the bed and bit my thumb! It's all red, and hurty, and stuff. I washed off the bite and left him there. I'll definitely try calling the vet again later.

On my way to work I usually stop at the little coffee shop up the road from us. Well that was a mistake! Everyone in the shop looked sick and the people behind the counter probably hadn't washed their hands in what looked like a week. Ugh! Also they looked like they were hungrier than I was and all pale. I expect pale from indie rock baristas but this was beyond ridiculous.

Thankfully I finally reached work. The lights were out in most of the building and the guard wasn't at the desk. Thankfully the elevators were still working so I didn't have climb six flights of stairs! I'm here now, not many other people are though. It's kind of quiet and creepy. I can still hear the fire trucks outside and I sort of don't feel very well, my thumb hurts a lot. Oh well, back to this very important spreadsheet.
