Evanescence Three-Pack in the Rock Band Store

All Rock Band women finally have their chance to be the dark and dazzling Amy Lee — and so do the guys; we won't tell. Though the band is currently on hiatus, Evanescence's life between 2003-07 had enough musical drama and behind-the-scenes intrigue to fuel a two-decade career. The debut album Fallen was full of Lee's tortured reflections on her romantic and spiritual life; the music a mix of silky goth leanings and big-guitar outbursts. "Bring Me to Life" proved a breakthrough song in every way possible: For starters, Lee wrote it about a longtime friend who later became her partner. Throwing in a rap by Paul McCoy of the group 12 Stones, it first appeared in the Ben Affleck action flick Daredevil and took on a life of its own, winning the band two Grammys and selling a solid 14 million copies.
Flash forward three years to The Open Door album and Evanescence have been through some changes including a bitter split with founding guitarist Ben Moody. "Call Me When You're Sober" showed Lee getting more sassy and less vulnerable; and more comfortable with her rock-goddess status. "Weight of the World" also sounds like it's about getting out of a bad relationship, but Lee's explained that it's more a plea for fans to keep her situation in perspective. Keep that in mind as your character navigates the underside of rock stardom.

Demyx-XIII...
I've waited a couple months for this... Evanescence is my favorite band! I would have preferred more songs from the Fallen album though, I think that the overall musicality and songwriting was better when Ben Moody was still in the band. I'm far from disappointed, though. I eagerly await the Wii release. Thank you very much Harmonix!!! :)

I have absolutely no shame in admitting that I will gladly bust out "Call Me When You're Sober" during my next RB party. Dudes singing songs such as these always make for a good time. FALSETTO FTW!
