The Harmonix team took The Beatles: Rock Band to QVC's studios in West Chester, PA to do three LIVE shows demoing the game. We got very little sleep.

So Henry lied to us. He said it was played on-air. Or at least, I think he did. I might have to check to see his exact wording.

Glad you guys are liking the vid!!
We actually shot that performance of "Something" exclusively for you all in the Community, and didn't perform it on air. Glad you all picked up on it! It's def one of the team's favorites, such great harmonies.
We're out in Germany now for GamesCom, so here's hoping we'll have another fun video come out of this trip. Keep watching! (and if you're hungry for more, look through the Rock Band on the Road section for more vids we've done recently.)

Seriously. I never saw them play Something on TV. But this is proof they did play it. Awesome.

Oh god, where to begin.
The second half or so of this video was a perfect snapshot into the "ahahahahaha hey guys it's 4 am what the fuuuuu-" feeling. I couldn't stop laughing, and after my boss (here at a small game studio in Florida) came over to see what was so funny, all of my co-workers couldn't stop laughing either. There are many, many high points, but I absolutely started to lose it when the entire car was busting out with Das Racist.
Major props to everyone who did this, and to all of the sleep-hours so valiantly sacrificed. Rock on, guys. \m/
