Achocolypse...
Well i notice that they put it on ps3 now, just found out about this on thursday, but they only got 5 songs and now that i see this list, i'm really disappointed cuz i try to get almost all the songs and now i feel completely left out cuz i choose to have a ps3 than a xbox. So hopefully in overtime, ya give ps3 owners a chance to get these songs as well. Also if possble, if ya develop a way to be able to make the beatles songs transferrable to the rock band 2. That's what i did for AC/DC, that's what i plan to do for green day, and most likely to do for rb3. the transfer songs is what made me switch from guitar hero series to the rock band series. I'm just trying to have one major jukebox to play. Bring these new network songs to ps3.

What. A bunch. Of whiners. Seriously? Did it ever occur to any of you that they might just be working the kinks out of the Network to work for other systems? That perhaps they just picked the 360 because it was the easiest? Shove the silver spoons back in your respective craws and be patient until they actually release it. Then, if it doesn't have the features you want, you can *****. Personally, I'm just glad that indie bands get the additional exposure, regardless of the console.

I just hope they bring over all the songs to the PS3, not just 'select' songs.

I'm pretty sure Harmonix have read all of these comments and will hopefully post up some news about the RBN going to PS3 and Wii. All we have to do is wait and see what happens.

BTW, just a bit of friendly advice, the message that you have posted here, and the email, can be easily qualify as "false adverti*****t" given that you have posted no disclaimer about the exclusion of the PS3. It would be advisable to supervise the people responsible for releasing such incomplete and misleading copy before it gets published. Somebody with bad intentions could actually file a complaint with the FTC or other local authorities.

So, I just read up on it some more. PS3 and Wii owners will be getting "select" songs off from this list after 30 days. That means that I have to hope that people buy the songs that I want to buy before they're gonna be put out for me. I'm sure 5FDP will make the cut, but what about Suicide Silence and Skindred? 3 Inches of Blood? Who else is gonna buy these songs?? I will if you bring them here Harmonix!! please? Got money in mah wallet...

I can't even believe how awesome the metal selection is on this list. It's been sad how little metal hits the RB store. I hove spent SOO much money buying songs from the RB store, I'm a little dissapointed that I've been keeping up w/ this information only to have it be not for the PS3. I HAVE MONEY, PUT THIS ON PS3. Lucky XBOX owners... geez

YES! Finally some Five Finger Death Punch. Can you try to get their songs "No One Gets Left Behind" & "Walk Away". Those would be WICKED songs to play. This Band ROCKS!!! For All you people who don't know them check them out, these songs arn't crazy metal, but sweet Hard Rock/Metal.

I think a lot of people are missing the point. This isn't a replacement to the normal Rock Band store (which is were you'll see the vast majority of big names). It's a chance for smaller, independent bands to put their songs on the greatest music game ever created.
Seeing The Slip, In This Moment and MC Frontalot makes me smile. I'm excited to see where this is going (though I regret buying Rock Band on PS3 now...).

I can't believe that out of all the groups, I recognize 2 and one becasue it's from the first Rock Band, where's the Aerosmith, Def Leppard, Van Halen, Triumph, Pink Floyd, aand I don't count the 3 Kiss songs as being their greatest songs. All of these groups have made signifigant contributions to the rock world, and yet they're nowhere to be found. Let's see some true ROCK LEGENDS!

It would have been nice to mention this is only available for XBOX 360 and not the PS3 or Wii in the 'Zine email and article above. Way to get my hopes up Harmonix! When looking for the store I ended up here and found out in the comments that it was not available to us PS3 and Wii users. Not cool.

I totally agree with weirdphil. There's some bands out there who you'll say "who?" to, but check out The Slip - Even Rats, as I found that one day while looking for Guitar Hero songs online. Wasn't in Guitar Hero, it was a bad lead, but I LOVE that song so much!!! Flogging Molly? Yes please! But where's Bang Camaro on the list? Rock Band 2, best music game ever, and in my top 3 games ever :)

KMFDM! YES! It's so good to see some good quality industrial added!

If 1 out of 100 of these songs aren't appealing to you, your own personal taste in music is obstructing your fun, and there is nothing HMX can ever do to satisfy you. I found 10 band the I'm interested just by reading the opening paragraph.

I hope tomorrow has at least one good song. 100 songs and they couldn't figure out how to get one good band in the mix? C'mon...

I'm glad for two things...
One, that this should help put an end to the drought of DLC so far this year, I didn't think I'd ever pass 400 songs.
And two, is that I didn't waste a big chunk of $ to join in on the RBN song pre-testing. I knew they would be putting this stuff out in a few months. If I'd spent that much money just to get an advanced play of this stuff, and then had to buy it to keep it later I'd have been one unhappy camper.
